About Blackrock Properties

„Blackrock Properties” Sp. z o. o. started its developer activity on the Polish market in 2006. But the company founders already have a lot of experience in the construction and financial sectors, as they have been working on the demanding Irish market for 23 years. The company has a lot of capital at its disposal, which will enable to complete the intended projects quickly.

Last year the company purchased some attractively located land in the centre of Świdnica. At present design work on the land development is taking place. The emphasis we put on the workmanship quality and unique building style makes each of our projects exceptional because of its architecture. We realize how difficult it is to find one’s house or flat of dreams and that is why we pay special attention to every project, making an effort to meet different tastes and expectations.
