"Zaułek Świętokrzyski" is one of the alleys in the Świdnica's old town, that connects town square with Różana street. The street is know for its trade heritage and Blackrock Properties' aim is to build a place that will not only be a shopping center, but unify a modern architecture and historical traditions of the place.
